Jacqueline also provides professional training and conducts psychoeducational and informational seminars on topics relative to the strengthening of interpersonal and professional relationships including but not limited to: assertiveness, anger/​emotion management, communication improvement, and more.

Business Owner

Jacqueline is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a graduate of Georgia State University’s Master of Science in Professional Counseling program. She is a registered neutral/​mediator of over 12 years with the Supreme Court of Georgia by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution (GAODR), she has worked with both adults and juveniles to resolve issues in the court systems of Clayton and Cobb County. Jacqueline is also a professional educator and trainer with experience in conducting workshops for professionals and the general public covering topics relative to conflict management and resolution, assertiveness, and other psychoeducational topics. She is a counseling professional under the direction and supervision of Licensed Professional Counselors at Ray of Hope Counseling Services, Inc. with experience in counseling individuals, couples, families, and groups.
