I love the library! It has allowed me to read/​watch a lot of things I can’t afford to go out and buy. I like the fact that you can request items online and then they’re ready for pick up at the library, because not every library has the same things, but they share. Most staff at the library is very nice!

It is the library Gotham deserves, and maybe the one it needs right now.
Great young readers section downstairs. Solid book sale. Available computers, wifi, good place to read or study. Also: they have books.

I used to buy all my books… then I realized I had a local library and get this, you can borrow the books for FREE man! hahaha!
This is a very large library with a great selection. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Since they are up with the technology, you can go online, search for books and reserve them from that library or they will ship them in (and quickly too). The ONLY thing missing from this library is delivery service!!! :)
And for the frequent and/​or forgetful users (eh hem, ME), there is a key tag card, as a previous Unilocaler said.
Hands down one of the best… if they don’t have the book, they’ll get it for you… all you have to do is ask!

Top notch! They are really terrific all around. I moved around PA and never before have I been at a library as up to date as this. Your library card is available as a keychain tab (like grocery stores’ savings cards), you can renew and request books online. In addition to a huge selection of books and videos they also have items available for online reading. I also recently discovered they are part of «Mango Languages,» an online learning site that you can use from home, it’s free with library membership (which is also free).
I feel I honestly get my tax dollars worth here lol.
