No stars for this place. Drove 10+ minutes off the freeway to try and find something other than gas station coffee. Pulled up right before 10 and the place was already closed. Employee said he knows it was early but they had already turned the machines off. First Starbucks we’ve seen in Texas and they locked us out. I miss Cali!

I am a Starbucks coffee lover. The service here was horrible and the barista was clearly not trained in customer service. Not that I will ever be back because I am traveling right now and really wanted some real coffee after being on the road for the last 15 hours, so this review probably won’t matter much — unless you are traveling on the 20 and drive 12 miles out of your way for a cup of coffee. My word of advise, don’t get off the interstate. Circle K’s coffee and service will be better that this Starbucks location. The only pleasant experience was the cashier taking our order. At least she seemed to get it right(one star earned). We ordered a spinach feta egg white wrap, a grande vanilla latte, and a tall salted caramel mocha latte. There was one lady in front of us and another lady behind us. The lady in front ordered some big chocolate frap. We received our grande drink and the spinach wrap before she got hers. The other barista making the frap then handed her her drink but didn’t put the chocolate syrup drizzle on the top — even after the lady said she loves the chocolate drizzle. So the lady customer asked her to put it on there. The barista took of the lid, scooped out a bit of the frap blend and hosed it down with whip and chocolate syrup.(There was no reason for her to scoop out some of the frap blend at all.) All this was happening while the lady behind us received her hot drink from the barista who had been making our coffees. As we waited longer for the tall drink, my husband said politely, «we should have another drink coming.» It seamed as though she forgot because she was doing other things. In the mean time I was wondering why there were four of them working behind the counter, two of which were standing off to the side chit chatting, another doing other things, but only one making drinks at the time he asked. She responded, with a short attitude to him saying, «yeah, it’s over there.» She continued doing whatever it was she was doing and then finished our other drink(zero stars earned). — We leave — As we are pulling out I took a sip and was so let down. The tall drink we waited on wasn’t even hot. I’m talking less than luke warm. My husbands grande wasn’t hot either. Not as cool as mine, but wow. The spinach wrap was good, but if they messed up heating a premade wrap that only requires being put in a toaster oven I may have taken the time to go back in there and request they remake our stuff. Luckily, that wasn’t an issue(one star earned). Believe me, after having my hopes high for some real good coffee and being disappointed as I got back on the road, I really didn’t want to give it any stars. My advice, don’t get off the exit for this place. Just keep on truckin. I’m sure you’ll find a better coffee shop down the road.

My absolute favorite place to pay $ 5 for a $ 2 cup of coffee. Actually, I don’t see the attraction. We were in here because of, you guessed it, gift cards. Anyway, the place is always slammed with a line to the door. But no one seems to care. Got to have that special drink. The typical unending menu of hot and cold drinks, a counter jam packed with overpriced sweets and treats, and a very nice store with soft background music. Why not! Corporate coffee, I salute you!!!

Drink wasn’t extra hot as asked, and to be specter because the Barista was far more interested in chatting up some girl he’s just met who was waiting for him to clock off.

I love it when I came in, they know what I want and my name. kinda feels good! Lol I know my Unilocal account don’t show that I’m a regular here. It just that I keep forgetting to check-in. Or basically when I come here I usually running late for work.(I love their Mobile ordering.) you don’t have to wait in line. It never fails, when I come here their is no line. Most of time the line would out the door. But what can I say, I still love their coffee.

Of the two Starbucks in town, this one is better staffed AND has a much safer parking lot! Inconsistent coffee, which seems to be a Starbucks theme around here.

I love Starbucks but this is the slowest one for service I’ve ever seen. Since it’s the only one in my area, choice of location is limited.

I love this location! They always have what they advertize on their menu. They are fast and polite. They do not have a drive through at this location though. But that’s okay because they have a very nice facility inside! And it smells wonderful in there!

Do ya’ll remember the SOPRANO’S episode where Paulie desperately tries to get«just a coffee»? Upon entering Starbucks, one ought to «foggedaboutit»! Leave all coffee knowledge and appreciation at the door, brace yourselves for some jargon that requires some sort of PhD in Starbucks terminology. Depending on the time, day and mood of the staff, you may have to wait a mere 5 minutes or up to 30, regardless if you go in, pick-up or else… Would you be tempted to «jack the coffee machine» Paulie’s style for retribution? I hobestly prefer the frappucino they sell at Walmart. I can hardly have the baristas at this location get it right for me. I like their cakes but all in all prices are outrageous for the products offered. Now, their gadgets are quite great(specially the ceramic coffee container). This is one of the rare occasions i would much rather drop my dough on mementos than i would on the products themselves.

Depending on when you go, the line can get pretty backed up. I agree, there are a couple employees that incessantly chat and honestly it can get annoying, but I can’t say I’m not guilty of that as well! For the most part, especially the mornings, the service is fast and friendly; I probably go 3 – 4 times a week.

What do we learn about in business 101? This Starbucks is unfortunately too small and too overwhelmed. You have people — small children, even — arriving all doe eyed and ready for their lattés and Americanos and spiced chai teas. Then, they find a line the length of an anaconda wrapped around the entire establishment. I have never seen so many eager people stuffed into one place. There was more room behind the cash register than in the rest of the establishment. …OK — slight exaggeration there, but goodness me! This place draws a high amount of traffic. Seriously, folks, expect to be in line for at least 10 minutes. At least. Then expect to wait another 10 minutes(again, at least) to get your drink. Because the staff is so busy taking orders, also expect that the place will be overrun with empty sugar containers and smatterings of nutmeg and cinnamon. *sigh* But they do make a mean iced vanilla latte.

I always order the same thing. Always. It never tastes the same when it’s made at this Starbucks. One day it will be perfect and the next its awful. I truly never know what drink I will be getting. There is not enough seating. What seating they do have is uncomfortable.

Such nice baristas and delicious drinks! I’ve been to zillions of cafés, many of which are Starbucks, and this is among my favorite ones.

Coffee/tea beverage was fine, but be prepared for a rude barista to ask you to pay for a cup of water if you want one after you order. Wi-Fi isn’t working, apparently, and I hear from regular customers to this location that it is very spotty.
