I’m going to go ahead and rate this place a ⁴⁄₅. I went for a visit with some of my co-​workers to see how Primetime runs their establishment. I don’t want to give any of their business secrets away, but I do have a few compliments. There’s plenty to do for everyone. Everything is new and bright and fun. The pizza is not bad; in fact, it’s just as good as some chain pizzas. There’s a large conference area too that many people don’t know about, and you can have very large, catered gatherings there. The catered food is very good.

This place really can be a great value for the money if you wait for specials and find the right things to do! I’ve tried working while my son and his friend played, but the wifi was terrible. Other than that, I really don’t have a complaint. It’s always clean. The food is good and not terribly over priced. My only suggestion would be to have a bench or seating in the game room for parents/​grandparents of kids not old enough to be left unsupervised.

Just took my family to Prime Time for the first AND LAST TIME today. We wanted to go on the go– carts but they opened TWO HOURS after the posted opening time, so we decided to golf. One of the putt putt courses was being redone, had materials all laid about BUT not marked as closed (when I went inside and mentioned it she said «oh that’s supposed to be closed off»). Then we go to bowl… They have 16 lanes, and decided to put all the 6 groups that are bowling in lanes 11 – 16, come on! Give each family some space, and then they don’t have enough balls so you have my 12 yr old having to use a 11 lbs ball!?! I can safely say we will NEVER be back!

The first time I went here was for an all day training in one of the private rooms. It was during the day during a work week and all the kids are in school so of course it was empty. It was a great opportunity for us to see what they had to offer without fighting crowds. I was impressed and excited to go back.
One of my best friends live in Abilene so we went on a busy Saturday and had a blast. We were probably one of the few adults there without children and we still had fun. We played arcade games and rode on the bumper cars. We had so much fun. When the weather is nicer we plan on going on the go karts and playing miniature golf. Why not? Personally I think the prices are reasonable compared to other places like this that I’ve been to across the country. The customer service could be better with a lot of the younger employees that work there but it wasn’t too bad in our opinion considering all the craziness that was happening.

Had family come into town so we based our day around visiting the kiddy playground at PrimeTime! Showed up at 11am! An employee that could hardly speak English said opens at 11:30! We then wait with our kids for thirty minutes only to be told by another employee that the play ground does not open till 5! The only other customer that was in there also left after being told that their Day pass starts at 6! What’s the point? Parents of younger children want somewhere to go while the older ones are in school!!! Guess I will just have to go at 5 when all of the older kids are being rough and obnoxious and while the playground is so over crowded with mothers hogging parts of the playground so that they can take a billion Instagram photos of their snot nosed kids!

I’ve been meaning to post a review about this place. First of all, I have went and had a good time at this place before but not recently. It seems as though they need more staff and the game room usually doesn’t have someone working at the prize counter. I always see employees too busy on their phones texting both inside and outside like at the go karts. The staff by the bowling lanes was really rude to me and my family and it seemed like they had attitudes and they would look at us like we are stupid when we asked questions. Also the staff was rude when we bought food there the girl taking the order looked really annoyed when we told her what we wanted. This place lacks good customer service. The place itself is awesome but has the crappiest staff. They seem very stuck up and are just standing around. Don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

Would have hit 5 stars, but seating is tied up with future Birthday Parties. Bowling, Arcade, kid castle. Watching the bowlers, seems everyone tries, many succeed. Don’t be shy, get out and move!

I came to Abilene to visit my boyfriend and we couldn’t pass up this place. We’re kids at heart and we absolutely had so much fun. The staff was the best! When we were on the go-​karts, I lost a twenty dollar bill and one of the staff members found me about five minutes later, telling me he came to return my money he had found. I thought this was incredibly sweet. Can’t wait to visit this place again!

Not worth the price. They charge for EVERYTHING, even for the little kids to play on the playground!

Bowing here is fun, especially during cosmic bowling when they crank up the music. Arcade games are up to date and modern. Go carts are more kid and family friendly and not for adrenaline junkies but still fun. Batting cages are fun when they work but regularly jam and/​or malfunction. Overall prices are a little high so you can burn through some cash pretty quick. Your not going to find a place better than this without going to the metroplex, so give it a try.

What a great place. You can have a great time spending a lot of money. Went for a birthday party. They have LOTS of different things to do. I really like the 3D theatre.

Visited over the weekend, kids and hubby had a good time. Games were kinda pricey. We went mainly for the go-​karts. The kids go-​kart track is lame.

Wow. Every kid’s dream, every parent’s nightmare. This place is pricey but has food, drinks, a decent arcade, bumper cars, mini golf, bowling and on and on. Good place to go if the weather isn’t ideal.
I am glad to see that Abilene is coming up in the world and getting some fun stuff to do. This place would be fun for kids, teens and even young adults going on a date.
They have a play area inside similar to a McDonald’s play place except it is way better. The down side, they charge $ 3 for the little kids to play in it. I was disappointed to see that. Play areas should be free.
Anyone of any age can probably find something here to do. Good job Abilene!

We headed to Prime Time last Friday, and it was our first trip there. There are a lot of different activites: bowling, arcade, bumper cars, billiards, NASCAR simulator, laser tag, etc. They also have a snack bar.
You put money onto a card (however much you want) and you are able to use it at all of the attractions. I can see how parents would really like this concept, and it was nicer than having to handle cash or my debit card all evening (and it even works at the snack bar)!
The arcade was clean (hooray!) and featured a lot of games that everybody could enjoy (Guitar Hero!). The bumper cars were a lot of fun and we were given ample time to enjoy them. The bolwing was a lot of fun and was also very clean.
The only sad part about Prime Time was the lack of beer, but this being a family entertainment center, it was to be expected. I like that Abilene has a place like this and I am sure a lot of parents send their teens there knowing that they are in a safe and fun enviorment.
The young lady, Debby, working at the snack counter was incredibly kind and I enjoyed her positive attitude. It can’t be easy to work in a noisy place full of kids and stay so upbeat.
We had an nice time there, and it was fun being a kid again for a night.
Oh, and bonus points for the cotton candy!

My family likes Prime Time! The bowling has gutter bumpers that can be raised easily for younger or newer players, then dropped for the adults. The lighting and scorekeeping is fun. We had a blast riding the go carts, and the putt putt course is very pretty and relaxing. Friendly folks, the games are kept in working order, and there’s something for everyone. Look for coupons to make it an even better deal.

Little bit of everything for the family. Bowling, arcade, go carts, mini golf, laser tag, and some NASCAR simulator that you won’t find me anywhere near.
Kids love this place. Many parents hate it
because it’s pricey. Taking your fam here can easily cost over $ 70. Birthday parties are also expensive. But they do have special deals and promotions sometimes that are worth trying. Kids cost enough money already. Having a little fun shouldn’t break the bank.
As for the service… everyone was very friendly. The guys from the snack bar checked on is frequently while we bowled, asking us if we needed anything and offered us samples of deep fried pickles. Ugh! The thought was sweet but I don’t like pickles.
Last thing… they have an after school program but they only pick up from Wylie, Taylor, and Austin. Hmmmmmmm. What’s the deal with that? I’m just saying.
