Heaven’s Best Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Absolutely impressed! I have two littles ones and three pets that compete to dirty and stain my carpet. Heaven’s Best has them looking new again and with the low moisture process, my floors are almost dry as I type this.
Seth was professional and friendly. Five rooms took about two hours worth of work. Very thorough in the cleaning process. I had everything picked up and the floor vacuumed, but he used his commercial vacuum to do a better job. Used a handheld vacuum box to get along the baseboards and corners then used a pre-​cleaner to treat the stains. After that he used an orbital cleaner across the whole room to clean the carpet, followed by a carpet rake to stand it back up.
I appreciate that Seth took the time explain the how and why of the cleaning process. Very diligent in his work.

Eric and his crew are *excellent.* I get my carpets cleaned every 6 – 8 months. They take great care with furniture placement and have always been able to get every stain out.
They recommend not using harsh chemicals on major stains since that makes it *more* difficult to get out… I’ve heeded those warnings and they are right… it does turn out better when you just let the pros take care of it.
They’ll also clean rugs, large mats, etc if the material is durable enough to withstand their machines. There is no hard tile/​grout cleaning though… that’s the one service I wish they could do.
