Linda, Thank you for adding your name to the short list of disgruntled Aberdeen Florist and Garden Center employees. We’re sorry you had a bad experience with your order… we also had a bad experience with your employment here. Your time with us was so short, you probably did not notice the plaques on the wall for our winning The Pilot newspaper’s Readers Poll as the «Best Florist in Moore County» for five years in a row. Those were not rewards for «Fair to Poor Customer Service». In fact, they were for just the opposite. It was your decision to interfere with your husband’s initial order which he placed personally the first week in February before he left for basic training. He wanted to surprise you with a dozen «Fire and Ice» roses on Valentine’s Day. You chose to change, the day, the color and even the arrangement which was unfortunate and then you, subsequently, made it almost impossible for us to make it right. When you left our store you had the roses in the color you had chosen from our available flowers. You had several days after that to complain but you said nothing.
