I received a less than satisfactory arrangement while I was in the hospital having my daughter last week. I knew the sender had spent a good amount of money on it, so I called the local store to see if they could credit the sender or send a coupon or something. Angel is who I spoke with and she was so incredibly kind and asked for our address to send us a replacement! She personally delivered it and it was delicious and totally met the standard we have come to expect from this company. I will continue to use them and tell everyone I know to do the same. Amazing customer service.
