one particular Receptionist thinks shes a nurse or a gp doesnt like to give appts on a Friday afternoon tells pts to go to gp out of hours are ring surgery on Monday
Went straight to the groups other practice in pensby and they made an appointment for 4.30pm on the same day back at heswall surgery
Only dr polley is worth seeing
Listens to the patients ailments and acts accordingly
At the end of the day the human body only lets us know something is wrong when its poorly and its equilibrium is incorrect
I left this surgery couple of years ago Thank goodness
