Welcome to George Salter Academy or «Georges», as it is affectionately named by students and the community alike. The Academy is run on the family values of love, care, loyalty and mutual respect, and its overriding ethos is that of a large family.
Students are treated as individuals and choose, or are advised, to follow curriculum programmes suited to their academic and personal abilities and needs.
We also offer a varied and vibrant Study Support Programme and are particularly proud of the Sporting and Arts opportunities available to all of our students.
