We specialize in providing professional property cleaning services and property certificates to letting agents, local authorities, landlords and home owners across London. We are open 7 days a week and provide coverage between 8am and 8pm.
Our professional cleaners will provide a thorough deep clean throughout the property regardless of the condition. Upon request we can also have the carpets and upholstery steam cleaned too. All of our cleaners are fully vetted and insured with a minimum of 6 months cleaning experience.
As part of our home service’s we can also provide property certificates. These typically would be Gas Safety Certificates, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), and Electrical Conditioning Reports. All of our engineers are fully insured, qualified and accredited by the top governing bodies, i.e. GafeSafe and NICEIC.
