I am not a fan of the big makeover it had a few months ago I think the downstairs now seems a little cramped as it can get busy and you have to zig zag in and out of the clothes to get through. They sell womens, mens and childrens clothes as well as household and food. They always have good offers on some of the food but for me it is a little pricey to do all of my food shopping here so I tend to look out for bargains as I walk through, have a nice count on us low fat range and some nice sandwiches.

This store has recently had a makeover and still doesn’t seem quite right. The ground floor is where the designer sections are, so autograph and per una, they have a good selection of per una, but the changing rooms can get mad! Upstairs is womenswear and menswear, with the home stuff and a café up another set of stairs. One the ground floor there is also a food hall, which is popular in solihull — although i think expensive.

This large store over several levels includes a café, homewares, ladies, mens and kids section. there is a large food hall that sometimes has sampling. There is a per una clothing collection as well. At the moment the 3 for 2 Christmas Gift shop is very popular. The only down side is that there could be some more till points as it is difficult to always locate one close to you.

I have done clothes and food shopping in here. The clothes department is good. The food department gets very crowded and it sometimes takes ages to pay. They have installed ‘scan your own and pay’ machines now so it may get better

The food range in this store is impressive and good quality. The underwear is good value for money and also of a high quality. The staff can’t do enough to help and are always friendly.

Over the summer they changed this store around slightly and had sections of the store closed. To be honest there isn’t much of a difference now for all the disruption the work caused. As you walk in from Mell Square you now have a section up a few steps to the left which currently has some seasonal products in. In front of you are the escalators and the Per Una and some clothes to the right and behind all this the M&S food department. On the other floors you will find more clothes for all the family, underwear, money section, home wear and toys amongst others. They have a till where you are able to order things that they do not have in stock and they will call you when it comes in. Beware of this though, as I missed a call and went in a week later to ask about some trousers I had ordered and they had put them out of the shop floor and sold them as I had not collected them in time.
