We are a family owned & run business specialising in high quality but discount price carpet and upholstery cleaning for Bournemouth, Poole, Blandford, Dorchester, Weymouth and all of Dorset. We give heavily discounted rates for end of tenancy cleaning and we also provide sanitising and insecticide treatment for fleas and other pests. We provide a high standard of service to many care homes as we understand the need to cause as little disruption as possible. We clean pubs, hotels and office out of business hours and over the weekend at no extra charge.

We clean rugs, sofas, 3 piece suites and curtains and also clean hard flooring with scrubbing and polishing.

As a family team we work very much on reputation and are happy to provide references. We are fully insured and Prochem trained. We offer free estimates with no obligation and free advice with a smile. At various times in the year we have 50% offers on our carpet cleaning, end of tenancy and upholstery cleaning.

History

Established in 2005.

Neville and Katrina Folwell work as a team and between them they have over 15 years within the professional cleaning industry. Katrina ran a successful cleaning business in London and Neville worked for several carpet cleaning firms before they started their own business in 2005. Customer service is a priority and as most customers come via recommendation which is a great endorsement that they are doing a great job.

Hi I’m Katrina or as they say ‘the woman behind the man’! My husband Neville is the one doing the hard work and I manage the office. For 8 years I owned and ran a large cleaning business in London with over 250 cleaners– phew it gives me indijestion just thinking about it! However now in beautiful Dorset where my family are from, life is far more enjoyable — having time to give advice to customers and be more attentive to each persons requirements also making sure my husbands on time :) and not admiring all the country pubs!
