Having accumulated over 60 years of experience in the conventional capacity as property agents, Charles Darrow is our opportunity to use the wealth of knowledge we have gained to provide our own unique and bespoke professional agency.

Our work is focused throughout the four western counties, providing specialist advice and services on all major aspects of commercial property.

Business Owner

Paul is a well-​seasoned property specialist, beginning his career in the mid 1990’s and is essentially a multi-​skilled property professional. Having held a senior position within an international property agency, he has worked throughout the Westcountry region for many years. His main areas of expertise are in all aspects of commercial property, with particular relevant experience in the convenience retail sector. Additionally, he has been involved in a plethora of sales ranging from large Convenience stores, Petrol Filling Stations and Veterinary Practices through to the letting of small retail shops, office space and industrial units.

Paul has long-​standing relationships with many national and multiple operators as well as bankers and other property professionals who have relied on his trusted advice over the years.

He lives on the outskirts of Dartmoor National Park and is always been keen to take in its benefits, whether cycling or walking.
