History

Established in 2003.

We are an independent family business since 2003 started with a passion for Pan Asian food having travelled the Far East. Being a former student in Fallowfield, I spotted a gap and knew I could do it better because of our backgrounds. We are both foodies so we set out putting together our favourite dishes that we both enjoy. Banishing the traits of some traditional restaurants, I wanted to give a contemporary twist to everything, quality home cooked food, friendly & clean eating environment & last but not least, great value. With backgrounds in catering from early beginnings and the world of finance working my early years in a bank, I wanted to start a business and feed the student masses and anyone who just wants to mingle in. Fuzion Noodle Bar was born. Street food of the Far East brought to Fallowfield.
