Tricky Toby has worked as a children’s entertainer for over eight years. His popularity has grown and Toby is part of a network of magicians who recommend each other at busy times.

Business Owner

Toby trained as a professional artist at Goldsmith College, University of London. He made a living from his art for a while but with the growth of his family (Toby and Mari have five children!) he decided to change jobs and trained as a primary school teacher.

A good friend suggested Toby might also enjoy entertaining children as a magician. Perhaps Toby felt there was not too much of a switch from teacher to magician!

Toby offers a magic show that encourages lots of audience participation. Children of all ages will love his fun-​filled magic show! There’s a real rabbit, a silly dog, frogs, weightless water, balloon modelling, spinning plates, musical games and more!
