Went to see this piece of theatre for a second time last night — and took the family along.
For quite a few years now the Isando Portabello group (from South Africa) have produced The Mysteries. Telling the biblical stories from Creation to Resurrection, this group uses song, dance, colour and humour to bring them alive.
(Note: The original Mysteries plays originated in good old Chester before spreading to the rest of Europe — and then being banished.)
Look out for this production coming to a theatre near you — as they go on tour worldwide — and BOOK!
