Really like this pub — the have just the right balance between the pub feel and restaurant feel. Always get a warm welcoming feeling and it just feels like a cut above the rest. Highly recommended

Large modern pub, with bright fashionable décor. Outside area is ok but not imaginative and a little unkempt. Bar staff are friendly and plenty, so no waiting to be served. They are showing Wimbledon Tennis and have a schedule board. Mixed age group drinking in the pub and once a week have a quiz.

Sunday late afternoon /​early evening with a friend. Really good sized family/​child friendly pub. Large with lots of tables well spread out in the dining area. They were still serving roast lunch which we had. Not the best ever but not bad and I’d say good value for money as it included a nice glass of wine. Friendly & efficient staff.
Desserts were home made and good value for money. Not exactly a gourmet pub experience, but not bad.

The food here is generally good, and it’s a pleasant enough setting — quite nice in fact. Shame that the outdoor seating is out the back on top of the car park though. Drinks are reasonable, and it’s not too rowdy — all in all, a nice pub.
