Awesome, authentic Thai food! Gluten aware chef. Pad Si-ew had homemade wide noodles, red curry was fab spicy & king prawns & veg was spicy, but very tasty! Didn’t have a reservation, but was seated immediately. Friendly staff. Red curry was spicy & tasty. Definitely coming back here!

I really like this restaurant. It’s not a chain, it’s small & always busy & the staff warm up after a while! The house white isn’t bad. They’ll give you a taste if you ask & they have alcohol free Bud if you’re driving. The curries are made properly with the meat cooked in the sauce. Try the spiced aubergine side dish. It’s delicious. Book if you want to eat between 6&8

Really cozy but a little bit on the darkly lit restaurants. This place accommodated us well because we asked to have a really quick pre-theatre dinner. I think I was so hungry I ate the whole thing anyway but it was definitely more on the greasy side. I went w/the standard chicken pad thai but didn’t think there was enough… umph. I am willing to give it another go and try another dish because the owners seemed really lovely.

This is a tiny but very popular Thai restaurant, tucked away in Maiden Lane, opposite the well-known ‘Rules’ restaurant. The ambience can feel a bit crowded, as it really is small, but once settled in I was fine: I can imagine it might be different if they had a raucous group — but you’d hope they would go to ‘TGI Friday’ down the road… The menu is familiar for anyone acquainted with Thai food, with the exception of the unusually large choice of vegetarian items. The food is very tasty, although starter portions in particular are a little on the small side for the money: go for the soup. Mains are better, and we were served a generous portion of sticky rice, or you could go for one of the set menus to get a choice of dishes. I’d recommend aubergine with chilli as an interesting vegetable side-dish. On our last visit, we had desserts, too: the Thai custard was very good(though again the portion was a little small). The dish of Thai fruit was nice too, and more substantial. Service is fast, efficient and very friendly. Three courses with wine and service, for two, about £35 per head.
