We believe cooking is about fine balance, fusing with spices both combined to achieve the perfect flavor. we also believe in a healthy way of eating, without compromising on taste, creating traditional & contemporary dishes using modern and traditional methods of cooking i. e using the tandoori oven to bake and grill, steaming, stir frying with Teflon pan using minimum cholesterol free oil and less salt but more garlic and citric juice to add more flavor to our healthier dishes all our dishes are free from artificial coloring & preservatives.
Our aim is to provide high quality Indian takeaways and home delivery service. All our food is cooked fresh when you order using good quality produce the freshest herbs and the best spices.

History
Established in 2001.
And have been a part of a well established family run restaurants and takeaways well before! We have been in the Indian curry trade for nearly four decades and have been there at the advent of the” Great British Curry Revolution «and still going strong thanks to you all who made Indian curry the nations favorite food, we are in our third generation of curry traders and very proud of that fact, enriching the British culture, one of our first restaurants is in Twickenham, the famously award winning Twickenham Tandoori favorite for the Rugby Union players & supporters, which was established in 1978 by our father Mr T Miah Kamali one of the» Great British Curry Revolutionaries” we owe him a lot, we think the whole nation does, a true entrepreneur.

I’m a hands on owner /chef I have learnt the trade from The best, my father the founder of Twickenham tandoori «The institution» where many have learnt the art of fine Indian cooking and went on to becoming successful restaurateurs up and down the country, enriching the British food culture. I love food and healthy hearty food is what I love the most, my passion is cooking I get a buzz out of creating something new I’m what they call a «contemporary chef «. At spice fusion we specialize in low fat cooking without compromising on taste.
