Spectrecom Studios is a 3-​stage film and TV studio complex in Kennington, London. We have three stages, each with a infinity curve /​cyc wall.

Our largest studio is 3,500ft2 with an L shaped white cyc wall, with vehicle access via double doors. Our second studio is 800ft2 with a U shaped cyc wall /​infinity curve. /​our smallest studio is a 300ft2 green screen studio with a ‘U’ shaped cyc wall /​infinity curve.

All of our studios come with access to green rooms, make-​up, wardrobe and kitchens. We also hire out our own in-​house film crew and in-​house camera and lighting equipment.

History

Established in 2005.

After originally starting in 1993, Andrew Greener went on to create Spectrecom with Sarah Aynesworth and Steve Milton in 2005. The first premises for the company was in Deptford with 1 studio. in 2010 the company moved to Waterloo Film Studios, and after landlords wanted to build apartments on the site, Spectrecom Studios then moved to Kennington in 2015.

Meet the Business Owner

Andrew G.

Business Owner

Andrew is Spectrecom Films’ managing director. He has 15 years’ experience as a writer and director of drama (awards include TCM Classic Shorts prize), documentaries and branded content (IVCA Gold Awards).

Since setting up Spectrecom, Andrew has overseen every aspect of its growth — from a small video production start-​up to the multi-​faceted film company that it is today.
