Staff friendly and attentive, pizza lovely nice and unpretentious, looks and feels family run, hope it is. Plus point didn’t feel like a fish out of water as a single diner which is always nice.

Very good Italian pizza! I love the spicy diavola pizza! But I wish they brought back the early bird special… At least for one night :-)

Nice small family run Italian with good quality food. The layout means it’s a little up and down but it ensures you don’t get that large restaurant feel reminiscent of a dining hall. I have eaten here every few months for a few years now and never had a meal I was not completely satisfied with. Yes the staff can seem a little inexperienced but if you appreciate cute young Italian waitresses you are likely to become a regular. Worth a detour to.

Been here few times already since, I live nearby. Haven’t had the occasion to taste the pasta yet, because of the great pizzas. Always with fresh products and not to mention that they are pretty big. Its true that the prices may seem a bit high, but thats nothing to worry about, everything at San Gennaro is worth the money.

I’ve never had anything less than excellent pizza and pasta here at very reasonable prices. Also the house wine seems so much better value than other places. For me, the staff have always been charming and it exudes«family run» in the best sense of that expression. Highly recommended.

Just excellent italian food, if you come early you would get get half price pizza and pasta(from 5 to 6). You might think that prices are a bit steep for such an area, but come any time late and you would not find an empty table which tells it all about the quality. Staff try to do their best at all times but feel a bit amateurish.
