Is it sad that my full English at Raffles is the thing I look forward to the most when I land at Heathrow from the States? I march off the Express, across the street, and right into Raffles without breaking stride. Once breakfast is finished then London may begin…

Lovely spot with a fantastically delicious full English Breakfast! When I travel, my list for must eat food is as long if not longer than my sightseeing list. A full English Breakfast was obviously number one on my list for London. The sausage and bacon were fresh and tender, the egg full of flavor and vibrancy and was perfectly runny, and the black pudding tasty and soft. The beans were nice and hot, and added a great balance to the dish. I only had a bite of the tomato and mushrooms because I didn’t want them to occupy prime real estate for the good stuff. They were also quite good.
Service was fast and efficient, and I loved the funky décor of the restaurant. I highly recommend a visit!

A tiny 40 cover café that turned completely full before we ordered. What brilliant quick, accurate and efficient service.
Fresh food, beautifully cooked. No tired tough bacon or over fried eggs here. Everything was spot on and amazing coffee.
Great place for breakfast!

this place was brilliant for breakfast for the three days I was in London recently. The veggie breakfast was great, lovely and hot and the service was excellent. I pretty much just wanted to eat here all the time!

This is a reasonably-​priced café close to Paddington station and is reccommended if you would like a value-​for-​money meal with chips. However if you want to eat a healthy diet there isn’t a lot on the menu that does not include more saturated fat than is good for you, at least as regards hot meals. It is open in the daytime and evening and if you are travelling from Paddington it is a better alternative than the more expensive establishments in the station.

Quick and good Prices

A very decent café for breakfasts. At first sight it looks like a greasy spoon but the food is reasonable in both price and taste– you won’t get a much better breakfast for £3 near here. It won’t win any awards but if you’ve woken up near Paddington with a hangover and you want an alternative to overpriced hotel breakfast buffet, head here.
