We undertake garden design and planting projects on any scale, from total makeovers to just developing your existing garden to revitalise the space. This is always built foremost around your needs and requirements. Our work is distinguished by a signature creative playfulness, a sensitivity to the context and the employing of plants which will thrive and give you pleasure all year round. Every garden we create is completely unique, utilising rare and unusual plants and landscaping forms.

An environmental consciousness is very important to us, often re-imagining existing elements in your garden and minimising waste.

Daniel B.

Business Owner

Daniel grew up in a horticultural household in Sudan and Anglesey, N Wales, with parents holding Kew diploma/BSc Forestry and Landscape Design qualifications, and had learned all the plants in the hedgerow by a young age.

He attended Art Foundation in Bangor before moving to London to study Graphic Design at the University of the Arts. There he ruffled feathers and made waves with ambitious works including ‘Laser’, ‘Black Cat’ and ‘House’, the latter being a subterranean dwelling he lived in on Hampstead Heath. He pursued his fledgling horticultural interest professionally after graduating, first maintaining gardens in London before starting his own business facilitating design in 2008, and studying horticulture at Capel Manor in 2009.

He has been on numerous plant-hunting trips worldwide, including Japan, SW China (2007), Peruvian/Bolivian Andes (2009), Tyrolean Alps (2009), India (2010), Langtang, Nepal (2011), Sri Lanka (2012), Taiwan (2013).
