Loved every bit of Spa Prana. The place can be easily missed as its under the pharmacy, apart from that, excellent massage, excellent service. The Spa Doctors are like magicians they told me exactly what was wrong with me and treated me for the same. I booked for 3 more sessions and i am pain free. Hard to get this kind of service these days in London. Don’t believe the bad reviews, they can be competitors as well, just go ahead and experience. And if you get the doctor, best thing that can ever happen to you. cheers !

I found a Wowcher for this place, £20 for an hour-long aromatherapy massage. Seeing as it was right across the street from my apartment, I figured it was worth it. I’d never had a proper full massage before, so why not? Now, at £20, I wasn’t expecting much, and my review reflects that. The good: very sweet massage therapist, comfy table, willingness to accept the Wowcher past its expiration date due to their own issues(see below). The OK: the massage. There was definitely no aromatherapy involved(?), but it was thorough and relaxing. Could have used some music or better lighting, but again, not expected for £20. The bad: trying to get an appointment was a nightmare. Phone was alternately disconnected, had a full mailbox, or simply went to voicemail without anyone calling me back. Eventually, someone called me back, and I made an appointment(but nothing was available for nearly a month on a weekend). Actual atmosphere of the place was just«eh». The strange: This place is in the basement of the Berkeley Pharmacy — which has shorter hours than the spa! So you may arrive to find the doors locked and the place looking completely dark. If you call, though, they should be able to let you in. All-in-all: If you can get a Wowcher for it and want to spend a relaxing hour, go for it, just know that getting to the point of the relaxing hour might require more than a few phone calls to schedule it. And this place wasn’t worth the prices on the website by any stretch, so I wouldn’t go without a voucher.
