History

Established in 1985.

Powder Byrne is the original UK luxury ski holiday specialist.

Throughout the 80s and early 90s the business grew to include a corporate events department as well as expanding to include summer family holidays to exclusive resorts in Europe, the Middle East and further afield.

In 2009 the «Air & Space» Adventure Holidays group of holidays was created to provide completely supported adventure travel experiences for families.

Powder Byrne was founded in 1985 by entrepreneur, Rory Byrne.

Soon after, in 1989, Rory won The Independent’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Rory is still very heavily involved in every aspect of the the business and it’s through his tenacity and vision that Powder Byrne is what it is today.
