Absolutely gorgeous bar and atmosphere. No kids is even better and I love the look of the bar. Staff are so professional and just perfect!

Came here for breakfast on Sunday, lovely place to look at. The bar is in the middle of the main room and has been done really well. Looks like it would be great for drinks/cocktails. The maitre d’ was really friendly when we came in and very helpful. I ordered yoghurt with fruit and the others ordered waffles and scrambled eggs. The coffees were ok, they make the lattes quite weak so ask for an extra shot if you lean towards stronger coffee. The flat white that arrived looked very average and tasted the way it looked! We weren’t in a hurry so it didn’t matter, but the food took absolutely ages to arrive! The scrambled eggs were ok, my yoghurt was good(as much as yoghurt can be!) but the best of all had to be the waffle. It was really light and fresh and best had with a side of bacon! The staff were really nice which made up for the wait but definitely not one if you’re in a hurry!

Yikes, I ordered the scallop ceviche as an appetizer, which was inedible. When the server saw that I didn’t eat them, he said, «you didn’t like them?» to which I replied, «No, they really were not good at all.» His response: «Yeah, everyone who gets those hates them.» Really… might be time for a change then! I was still charged for them, of course. Had rissotto as a main course which was average at best, and definitely overpriced for what it was. On top of that I asked for a water twice and never got it, which is annoying. The center bar is pretty cool so I may come back for a drink some time, but I’d never eat here again.

This place is really good. Cocktails were amazing, entrees — fillet med rare and sea bass were excellent. Staff is helpful but not intrusive and highly attentive. It can be a bit pricey and laid back but if you’re into a nice, chill spot with fabulous cocktails and good this is the spot.

Nice place for a Saturday morning brunch. Lively, good food, pleasant décor. Service a bit indifferent, but wasn’t in a rush. Freed WiFi a good reading complement to brunch.

Pavilion has a beautiful bar in the centre of the restaurant, but unfortunately the table seating was a little less thoughtfully thought out. For example, we were placed at a rather awkward table for 3 right outside the ladies’ loo. Speaking of the loo, just had to mention that one of the stalls smelled completely of grease from the kitchen! Now to the food. We had artichoke soup with truffles to start, as well as the partridge. The soup was delicious, probably the best dish of the night. The partridge wasn’t bad either. For mains we had the beef cheeks, as well as rib eye steaks. The steaks came with a side of bone marrow butter, which we were encouraged by our waitress to smear atop the steak and let it melt. I thought this was unnecessary and just made the steak too oily. Otherwise tasty wise although not the best steak I’ve had, it wasn’t half bad. Would I return? Perhaps…

The food is fairly good, but the service is awful. The waitress who served us couldn’t answer simple questions about the menu, and there were several mistakes in our order after the food arrived. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty, we had to wait a long while for our food and so don’t go hear if you are in a hurry. Best avoided!
