One Small Step One Giant Leap

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came into the shop knowing what shoe and what size I wanted to buy. There was a family (mother plus 2 grandparents) with 3 children under about the age of 3 running riot in the store (we are talking multiple phones, ipads to keep them entertained) plus all staff serving one family at the detriment of all other customers. The grandmother was the worse. When one member of the staff asked me what I was after, she started yelling and me and telling me that I need to wait for her to be finished with her insufferable family. The staff member froze into submission. Trained staff should recognize abusive customer behaviour and respond firmly and politely. After 30 mins of waiting while the entire shop was catering for these horrendous customers, I made my way out. Their shoe selection is aslo average at best but they happened to have the trainers I was after closest to my home (I live in Notting Hill and my son goes to nursery just around the corner).
