Having been on a bit of a pharmacy quest recently, I decided to opt for this smaller independent rather than crossing the road to Boots in Notting Hill Gate.
I was pleasantly surprised. The store has recently been refurbished and is bright and well laid out. It’s not quite as big but stocks everything you would expect at a chemists.
Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable; I actually felt better just for talking to a friendly person — a little bit of sympathy is all you need when you have a rotten cold.
No queues, either — a definite winner.
