Menu is the same as all other nando’s chains and I believe this branch is Halal, if that’s something that matters to you. Honestly, you can’t beat Nando’s in my opinion for quick, tasty food. As a family we really enjoy how easy it is to customise your meal to get it just how you like it! Suits all of us, from the five year old all the way up to grandparents. This particular branch has always been great in my experience and I must have been at least 10 times or more. Food is delicious, never had any issues with my order. Staff are attentive. Loyalty scheme is generous and it has good accessibility for wheelchair users including a disabled toilet on the ground floor level, which is always unlocked.

I’d say if you’ve been to one Nando’s you’ve been to them all — food-wise, it’s typical fare — chicken and chicken and guess what? More chicken! This is a fairly new branch less than a mile away from the Ealing Common site which has been around for decades(and incidentally the first Nando’s I’d ever visited and the first one ever to be opened in the UK). The Ealing Broadway branch is always busy and always rather noisy with the buzz of chatter. I have found the staff here less interested in providing a good level of customer service and more interested in seeming«hip» or «cool» which is not my idea of a good meal out. I like the food to be good as well as the service. Not once have I experienced service here which I’d rate as above average and rarely does it even meet the minimum criteria I expect when eating out. I haven’t found this experience at the Ealing Common branch. I would not recommend getting a takeaway in your lunch break. They advise you how long you have to wait once you’ve placed your order and it always takes longer, sometimes twice as long as you were initially advised. If you have half an hour for lunch, don’t bother going here! Please note that I’ve said«no» to the«waiter service» question as you have to place your order and pay at the counter and then wait for your food to be brought over to your table. They only really pop back to take orders for dessert and drinks if required.

Usual nandos affair. Better than usual service though.

My favourite fast food joint for a long time. Chicken is grilled Portuguese style with the authentic peri peri sauce and several options on how you would like your chicken marinated from lemon and herb thru extra hot. I love that they bring you your food on plates and not in cardboard packaging. The chips are yum –oh and go for the sauces found by the bottomless drinking area. My fave is hot garlic peri peri. Shame this place is not found in the USA bar Washington. Get with it Nandos and move your grill to NYC… still, very tempted to drive down to DC… I can smell it as I type.

Another Nandos in Ealing — Another great experience. Came here with a friend whist he was visiting London and I get what I normally get — half chicken and chips with coleslaw! Was good a little charred but hot and tasty. Next time I go I get a free half chicken, who’s down?
