Really disappointed with this branch. There was a ½hr wait for chicken on a sunday evening dread to think what its like on a fri/sat eve. I specifically asked for a well done hot chicken but what actually turned up was a barely grilled 1 stroke of the brush coated chicken, so the skin was like jelly(major turnoff) and you couldnt really taste the flavour. I know you can get sauce from the bottle but its not the same if its not cooked on it. We were so hungry after the wait we didnt want to send it back. We normally love Nandos but this really was a meh experience.

It’s a Nando’s — what are you anticipating? Chicken, chicken, chicken– all done in the standard but very palatable Nando’s fashion. Good seats in the far corner of the restaurant for people watching; usually very busy.

Great cost, atmosphere, and service. The Beanie burger was great! Nice and moist and also quite filling. The sweet potato wedges were very natural and the dipping sauce added a nice touch. The Spicy rice was. just okay. As a bit of a treat at the end we got the carrot cake, and what a fantastic decision that turned out to be! Light, creamy, moist– It came with cream and was a delicious ending to a satisfying meal.

The staff are great, the place is lovely and very cosy, the food is always delicious but the manager however is not the best. Nandos recently brought out a new points collecting system so instead of having the paper stamps you can collect points on a card. I didn’t have a card however one of the staff members told me that I’ll be able to transfer all my rewards from my paper card to the proper new one. I was totally fine with that so the next time I went to Nandos I went over to pay and the manager was at the till, he told me that that wasn’t going to happen and that he wasn’t able to do that. I told him that the staff member told me that it was fine however he proceeded to argue with me and in the end I had to just leave out of frustration. It doesn’t seem like a big thing but a simple gesture of rudeness can really ruin a persons day. The manager should’ve just calmly explained to me the problem and instead he proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong.

Great food and atmosphere; service is ‘self’ but at least you don’t have to collect your meal from the kitchen. The South African manager in duty could have been a little less arrogant but that didn’t spoil the experience. All in all; a very enjoyable lunch.

Nando’s quality, however staff of mixed experience. Took a while to deliver my take away order and a bit pricey. Not for daily lunch break.

Service not great went there for lunch hour, once we got a table the food was slow we had to rush to eat in order to get back to work on time! Not good!

Oh yeah baby… Nandos is my not-so-guilty pleasure. This weekend I went hog-wild and drenched my chicken pita in hot piri-piri sauce which turned out to be slightly overboard, but that was completely 100% my own fault. The brilliant thing is– that juicy slice of pineapple really cuts the burn! All hail Nandos!

The most revolting thing i have eaten. Was convinced by my girlfriend to try this place as her work colleagues all rave about it. Burnt chicken cooked to an inch of its sad battery life and undercooked chips… Never again will i eat the dullest meat in the dullest restaurant.
