Knowing my landlord I was sure that getting my deposit money back without putting some serious effort into cleaning was impossible. I was able to tidy up the place and remove most of the dust but I just couldn’t clean the bathroom, the kitchen and the carpets on my own. I was fortunate enough to get a end of tenancy cleaning company recommended to me by a good friend of mine who recently moved out from his ex-apartment which saved me a whole lot of searching on the web.
The cleaning itself was exceptional and I definitely got my money’s worth. The technicians were quick, friendly and quite efficient.
I couldn’t be happier with the end results.

Hello everyone. I’m writing to share my pleasant experience with this company. I hired them for a one off cleaning because I just wasn’t in the mood to do it myself. The cleaning team were very understanding, helpful and strictly followed my initial instructions. It wasn’t easy and it took them a lot of effort to finish the job but they kept their positive attitude throughout the whole process. The only downside was that I took them 30 minutes more than the estimated time to clean my apartment and because of that I missed my appointment with the hairdresser. Other than that it was an excellent, all round service.

I was so busy the last couple of weeks with writing my magister’s thesis and going to work at the same time that I just didn’t have the time to properly clean the apartment to get my deposit money back as I was about to vacate it soon. Good thing that a friend of mine had a similar problem and was really impressed with the results this company delivered so she recommended I give them a call. I did and luckily for me they offered a special evening end of tenancy cleaning which I took advantage of. They arrived late in the afternoon on the next day and when I saw them coming all properly dressed, carrying their specialised equipment and cleaning products I felt really relieved as I already knew I’ve made the right choice. They were quick to deliver the results I was looking for.
It would have been the perfect job if it wasn’t for one of the workers accidentally breaking a flower vase on his way out but in the end I didn’t really care since the apartment was clean and tidy.

Due to the essence of my job I tend to spend a long periods of time out of the house. So naturally dust and dirt build up all over the place even though no one is there. At first it was really frustrating because I had to deal with all of this myself and wasted a lot of valuable time doing it. That was until I came across this cleaning company and discovered their really tempting offers. To be honest I was reluctant at first since I’ve never used such services before but of course didn’t want to go through all that work by myself again so I called them and booked a one off cleaning session. The team that came to my house stood up to the company’s reputation and delivered the outstanding results that I was looking for. They were both quick and efficient and payed great attention to details which I didn’t really expect having in mind the great amount of work that had to be done. I recently got a new job which was absolutely great but unfortunately my future office was on the other side of town so as much as I didn’t want to I had to vacate my apartment and find a new place closer to where I was going to work. At that time I was running a tight schedule and just didn’t have the spare time to clean the flat up myself and to be honest having in mind how cranky my landlord can be I had doubts about getting my deposit money back. So the only reasonable option was to call a professional cleaning company to do that for me although I had one previous experience with such a company and it wasn’t a pleasant one. Naturally I was reluctant but had no other choice. After a 2 hour web search I chose 3 companies and called them to get a quote. I found this company’s one the most appealing so I gave them a call and set an appointment for a end of tenancy cleaning. I wasn’t in the apartment while they were cleaning as I had to attend to a personal matter but the results that I saw when I came back 4 hours later really exceeded my expectations. One of the workers gave me a brief heads up on what they did which made a really impressed me. The only thing I disliked was that I found one small bag of rubbish in the kitchen that the workers had obviously forgot to take out so I had to do it myself but it wasn’t such a big deal. Plus it was a small price to pay for making my landlord happy.
In the end I would like to express my gratitude to the cleaning team for the real effort they’ve put into ensuring I get my bond money back. Thank you guys.
