We are not your typical London estate agent. Proudly independent, we are owned by the people who run the company day to day. This makes a real difference to the way we operate. We can be more agile than other agents and don’t have a head office or shareholders to consider — meaning all of our efforts are focussed squarely on our clients.

We have four offices in west and central London, located in some of the most desirable and fascinating ‘villages’ of London: Notting Hill, Kensington, North Kensington and Bayswater. From these offices we cover a wide area including the boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham and Brent.

History

Established in 1999.

We underwent a management buy-​out in 2009 with the team who run the business day to day now in full ownership. This means we don’t have shareholders to answer to and we can focus all our efforts on our clients.

Business Owner

Liz joined the Lettings Department of a well-​respected local agent at the age of 25. Having studied modern languages and business at university, she had always thrived in a sales environment. Within three years she was running the lettings team and had amassed a tribe of loyal clients. Now with over 20 years in the business, Liz has a well-​deserved reputation as a big hitter in the local lettings market and unrivalled experience of dealing with Landlords and Tenants.
