Personal Training (in Wandsworth), one to one sessions, assessing functional weaknesses and strengths, improving stability, corrective exercise — and some fun! Small Group Training, smaller bespoke groups of three or four with common goals. Group Training, larger groups (up to 10) for circuit training or Run Club.

History

Established in 2011.

After working for various large brand ‘chain’ gyms, I finally took the plunge and got some studio space of my own!

Business Owner

My name is Matt Dowse and I am a Level Three qualified personal trainer in South West London. I work with a variety of clients who are aiming to achieve a wide range of goals including (but not limited to) weight loss, gaining lean muscle mass, gaining strength, and general lifestyle improvement. More specifically I am currently planning and implementing the progression from half-​ironman distance triathlon to full ironman, and also an improvement of 5k and 10k running race times.

I worked in the City as a Reinsurance Broker after leaving school. During this time I juggled City life with that as a semi-​professional rugby player at Richmond and then Rosslyn Park during the winters and cricket with Beckenham in the Kent Leagues during the summers. These days, although I am still involved, rugby has taken a back seat and I find my energies are channelled in to cycling — mainly to raise money for charity — in particular USA Coast to Coast 2008, London to San Sebastian (Spain) 2010),
