Inspired by the Izakayas of Japan, indulge in ex-Nobu chef Scott Hallsworth’s exceptional tapas-style Japanese plates. Bringing his inimitable talent to the Fifth Floor, Scott introduces brand new dishes with a selection of taste bud tantalising signature creations, exclusive to the new venture at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge.

Scott Hallsworth is an Australian chef, restaurateur and author.
Hallsworth co-owns and is executive chef of restaurants in London. In London Hallsworth has three Kurobuta restaurants located in the city’s Chelsea and Marble Arch areas. The flagship Japanese izakaya is Kurobuta Marble Arch. The original incarnation of Kurobuta London is located in Chelsea. Kurobuta at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge is the first Kurobuta venture with the Harvey Nichols Group.
In March 2015, Hallsworth opened Joe’s Oriental Diner on the site of the original Kurobuta Chelsea pop-up at 251 King’s Road, Chelsea.
Hallsworth opened Kurochan at the Mandarin Oriental in Bodrum, Turkey, on 10 July 2014 for the summer season.
