Welcome to KORRITO! We are bringing the sizzle of Seoul to Shoreditch and beyond. Offering mouth-​watering, authentic Korean BBQ in Burritos, rice bowls and salad boxes, we are committed to making delicious food with only the highest quality ingredients.

KORRITO BBQ is marinated using authentic, traditional Korean ingredients and our Kimchi is packed full of natural probiotics to help boost digestion.

So, what takes your fancy? Why not try the sweet and spicy Pork Belly or the Korean pear infused Bulgogi Beef? For those after a chilli rush, we recommend the Buldak chicken. Satisfyingly spicy, sweet, earthy and hearty, a KORRITO meal is not to be missed!

History

Established in 2013.

Launched by sister and brother team, Joo Lee and Sukho Lee, KORRITO began its journey in June 2013.

Armed with a desire to spread their passion for Korean cuisine, Joo even left the corporate world behind to hit the street markets of London!

From heaving Hoxton to the buzz of Bishopsgate, KORRITO toured our fair city finally settling at the Southbank’s Real Food Festival, Kingston’s Ancient Market and the BOXPARK, Shoreditch.

Hands down one of my Favourite street food places, I always get my korrito fix at the southbank real food market. A surprising marriage between Korean food and Mexican burritos that makes you wonder why no one thought of it sooner. The bugolgi, spicy pork and chicken are all authentic and tasty, and when all that goodness goes into your mouth enveloped and packaged tightly in a fresh burrito, you know you’ve made the right choice today for lunch. Can get messy because wow this is a huge burrito. Don’t let too much rice and meat fall out while eating it!

Although I am a longtime lover of the Southbank Market, Korrito does not do much for me.
I don’t feel as though I can score it any lower than 3 stars, as it definitely delivers a servicable and hearty meal. Plus the idea of Korean flavors offered as street food in a burrito is amazing. Unfortunately, I was fairly disappointed with my visit to this stall.
I got the bulgogi beef burrito and was excited to enjoy the kimchi rice and all of the other salad fixings. Unfortunately, I found the roll-​up to be more rice than anything with only tiny pockets of flavorful ingredients… but really just a bunch of undercooked white rice.
Don’t get me wrong, the flavorful elements of this burrito were really delicious, it just wasn’t enough filling to compete with the overwhelming amount of bland white rice.
Maybe I will give Korrito another chance (since it has a really awesome name and concept). But chances are that I will opt for one of the safer bets the next time I’m faced with the choice.

Visited Korrito after going to check out the London Eye! Its only a small walk from it and was a great meal for lunch!
I got a salad box with bulgogi beef, along with all the toppings and spicy sauce on top. For 6 pounds, it wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was a good deal of food!
The combination of the crunchy salad, juicy beef, and tangy toppings blended perfectly. I finished my box in record time, savoring each bite! It’s good Asian food that is authentic and fresh, so you honestly can’t go wrong with whatever options you get!
Definitely will return to try out a burrito. That should be interesting.

Korrito is situated in food market at Southbank Centre. Usually when I go to food markets, I’m overwhelmed by the amount of choice. I didn’t have that problem though because how could any wrap, burger or sausage compare to Korean burritos?!
Although the burritos looked good, I ordered the pork belly rice bowl because I wasn’t in the mood for a tortilla. It comes with kimchi rice and a salad on the side with assorted veggies. The sesame mayo on top also adds a nice touch.
The pork belly is very good! Spicy, sweet, and tender… The way it should be. I definitely recommend!

Korean burritos — started in LA and making its way to Londoners one step at a time. Korritos goes head to head in London against Kimchinary and they are both makers of mightly fine Korean burritos. I opted for the spicy pork burritos and in my opinion, it was better than Kimchinary’s, I’ll have to go back for their Bulgogi one another time. It’s not just the pork though, the fried rice they put in there was also nicely spiced Do they match up to the legendary Kogi Truck in LA? It’s unfortunately been a little too long since I had that one, so I can’t comment, but if you’re looking on a twist to your burrito (or even just a burrito) then head here. A nice handheld lunch.

Ooh Korrito! Are you anything like Kimchee tacos? I get drawn so easily to things like this at food stands. Mostly things like East meets West concepts. Now they’re located every weekend just outside of Canteen.
I ordered the Spicy Pork with kimchee fried rice in a burrito with everyone (salad + spicy sauce). Spicy pork and kimchee fried rice are like my 2 favorite things. Maybe its because it was really cold but it was just okay. The rice was a little undercooked and wished it had more flavor. The spicy pork was nice but also wished there was a little more of it.
I didn’t get any but they do have korean drinks like pear and aloe juice.

A very friendly mom and dad’s food stall at Real Food Market, which is held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday just outside Royal Festival Hall. They know how to keep it simple and tasty. Also recommendable for those who haven’t got much experience with Korean food. The bottled aloe juice is a good deal as well.

I found Korrito at the South Bank Real Food Market and I was hooked.
It’s essentially Chipotle using Korean food. Salad box, burrito, or rice box; bulgogi, spicy pork belly, chicken; rice, kimchi and other toppings to choose from. A tad on the expensive side for around 6 quid, but the portion is pretty big.
I don’t know where else this stall goes, but it will be in South Bank for the rest of the summer!
