Absolutely the best customers service you can ever get
the lovely Australian sales assistant was so bubbly, helped me picking up the right skin care routine for my skin type and even started a friendly chat with me.
Love this place and the people there

Oh Unilocalers, I’m torn. Really torn. Like Natalie Imbruglia torn.
Service-​wise, it’s 5 stars. The staff were amazing and really helpful with telling me about promos and items without being pushy (a fine line to tread!). But here it comes, my American-​ness is going to pop out and rear its ugly head…
I know they have to do this to reflect this end of the market for perceived value when comparing to similar products based on sticker price, but here’s my gripe… the PCA sodium moisturizer that I’m addicted to is £18.00 in the UK VERSUS $ 18 in the US. That means that when I purchase in the UK, I’m spending roughly $ 27 on the same product that’s nearly $ 10 cheaper in America.
Do I still buy it? Of course I do. But do I encourage family and friends to include it in care packages from the states when I’m running low? YOU BET.

I popped into Kiehl’s whilst waiting for my girlfriend. This is a skin product junkie heaven. There are all manner of scrubs, salves, lotions, toners and other such things I do not understand. There are bio-​degradable products endorsed by Brad Pitt where the proceeds go to charity. The aim of Kiehl’s is to be as ethical as possible. I do not know about ethical but they certainly have a cult following. I on the other hand almost dropped the goods in disbelief when I looked at the prices. £27.50, £34.00 for a body lotion. Almost thirty-​five pounds for a body lotion? Are you frickin crazy? I’d accept this if I was purchasing a litre of body lotion, but £30+ for a 250ml bottle — Come on!
With Kiehl’s products being mostly out of my price range and I a hardcore cocoa butter fan, I met my Superbly Restorative Body Lotion with Fairly Traded Argan gift from my lady with curious equanimity.
After a day of usage I take my hat off to the product. It rubs into my skin easily, isn’t greasy and leaves me smelling of freshly ripened citrus. I feel like a recently bathed baboon sitting high up in the canopy of the rainforest.

I enjoy visiting this store very much although rarely am able to make a purchase unless it is a special occasion. The store is well laid out and holds their entire range which is extensive. I love their hair care range which really does leave your hair feeling silky smooth. I treat myself when I have been really good and make a day of it. As there is so much to do around there and ok that lottery win is destined far away so this allows me tiny access to a little luxury.

I should like Kiehl’s. No, I should love it. Ultra cool stores, nice packaging, and high-​end skincare… I’d normally consider just burning through my credit card and then eat beans on toast for weeks.
But to be honest, I just don’t see results with their products. They are sometimes too greasy or too fragrance-​y, in my opinion. It’s either this or that, but their products are never quite right when they’re on my skin. I’d experiment more with their stuff, but at that those high prices, I just can’t get myself to give them another try. It’s good because I’m not a huge fan of beans on toast.

Oh how I love Kiehl’s. How I wish I could afford a whole bathroom full of Kiehl’s, and only Kiehl’s. My favourite products: the tinted lip gloss, allegedly a swear-​by product of celebs and make-​up artists alike. The sunscreen: the only sunscreen I have found which doesn’t make my skin look like an oil spill site. And the ‘Silk Groom’, which makes even my insanely unruly hair smooth, straight (ish) and super glossy.
Staff are usually fairly nice, and will always pass over some samples of your desired products. Amazement.

As if another expensive addiction were actually tenable, I’ve only gone and fallen in love with Kiehl’s. Well, one Kiehl’s product to be exact, the cult — and with good reason — Crème de Corps, otherwise known as the best body lotion on the market. End of.
Founded over 150 years ago in New York’s East Village, Kiehl’s is synonymous with good, honest skin-​care and inspires the kind of zealotry in its invariably loyal customers usually reserved for shoes and bags. Endeavouring to use clean, natural ingredients such as aloe vera, beta-​carotene, vegetable oils and vitamins, Kiehl’s products are good quality, effective and very, very expensive.
Staff are professional and refreshingly happy to help you select products, products which, incidentally, tend to be of such good quality that little is actually needed. If you want to pamper yourself, head to Kiehl’s. By God it’s dear but for the odd treat Kiehl’s is a no brainer.

If you are a product person who care about your skin and hair, kiehl’s is your kind of place. Located next to Monmouth coffee on Monmouth Kiehl’s is a high end store offering fantastic products that I swear by. I use their olive oil shampoo and conditioner, location with SPF, musk body wash, shave cream daily. Obviously I like their stuff. I like their store as well. It’s kind of cool and clean. I am not sure why the Kiehl’s staff where lab coats but I keep coming back nonetheless. And they always give you samples of any product you want to try. Just ask.

I know Kiehl’s is a world wide known chain with fans like Angelina Jolie, but I am a regular customer of this shop because of the excellent customer service! When it comes to your skin care, it is always unique and it is just great to have place you know you are looked after!
The first time I visited the shop the sales assistant made me a facial, but instead of spoiling my make up, she did for my hands! Hah! Products are pricey but damn good.

Kiehl’s in Monmouth Street is a lovely little boutique environment where they stock their famous range of products some of which date back indeed to 1851. Their Blue Eagle shaving cream is fantastic as is their staple blue herbal astringent and as a previous reviewer mentioned Crème De Corps is second to none. On my visit I purchased their original musk oil which was originally titled Love Oil as it was considered to have such an arousing effect! I also recieved generous samples of their facial fuel moisturizer for men and the matching scrub, they are very generous with samples especially compared with some other establishments who either don’t sample at all or supply you with a miniscule amount which doesn’t really enable you to sample the product.
My only gripe about this store is that the staff, although perfectly polite are a little aloof. But I can live with that and if you have a bit of money to spend on quality toiletries with a difference made with effective tried and tested formulations that deliver the results they promise then visit Kiehl’s.
Their products aren’t exactly cheap but they are certainly worth the price paid.

No free samples but the staff are very quick in finding the right stuff. Great when you know what you already want or need. Hassle-​free shopping experience. Amazing service and a very nice shop itself. Products are pricey but well worth the expense. Shop assistants and manager of the shop very friendly and full of tips about how to use the products. You can also get everything you want over the phone with some great advice.

This fairly large store is near seven dials in Covent Garden and stocks the entire Khiels range and has a lovely boutique feel. The best things about the store are the super friendly staff and their generous way with samples. Most of the sample sizes are fairly large and perfect for taking away on holiday as well as the all important testing of a product before parting with your hard earned cash. That’s how I discovered their fabulous Crème De Corps, this gorgeous body cream is perfect for drier skins during the current winter months. They do great gift sets too and you can choose whatever items you need and they hand-​wrap the boxes so they look really special.

Established in New York in 1851, women the world over now trust their skin to Kiehls products. The simple packaging and old-​world-​apothecary feel to the stores imbues you with confidence that this company knows exactly what they’re doing when it comes to taking care of you.
Their body moisturiser Crème De Corps and hair styler Silk Groom are just two renowned products that show up again and again in best beauty product surveys. The friendly staff have an impressively full knowledge of the ranges and certainly don’t scrimp on the free samples when you buy for yourself or for others.
