Thank you very much for the junk removal. There was a lot of waste in the house from the builders and almost the same amount of garden waste in the backyard. I called these guys and they offered me a large container for the half of the price. Your guys managed to deal with all that. They were very professional, efficient, polite, simply great. Everything is taken away and I can’t recognize the place. Next time I will contact you for a garage clearance and I hope that I will receive the same quality of the service as the previous time.

I live in an apartment complex in London and I saw their van parked in the parking lot of my building as they were obviously hired by one of the residents. It was late in the afternoon so I observed them for about half an hour and really liked the fast and professional way in which they carried out their duties.
In fact I was so impressed that I called them to remove an old refrigerator, a wardrobe and a couple of smaller items. The girl I spoke to was really polite and answered all my questions and generally had no problems booking a junk removal.

I took advantage of their domestic clearance service as I had one large cupboard and a 3-​seat sofa that I wanted to get rid of but there was no way I could have navigated them through the narrow corridors of my house without professional help. I called them on Friday afternoon and they arrived promptly at the arranged hour on Saturday and got right down to business. To be honest I was a bit worried about them damaging some of the walls during the move but they somehow managed to complete the job without a scratch. It took them 15 minutes more than the estimated time which increased the price a bit but even then it was way more acceptable than what I was offered by other rival companies.

Since I sold my car 3 years ago the garage had been used for nothing more than a storage area mostly for old furniture.
