I am usually a bit more definite in my reviews, but lately I seem to have been sitting on the fence and giving a lot of three stars. This place really is pretty average — but not in a bad way. It’s close to Victoria, open late, has a full bar, good service and comfy seating, The atmosphere on a Friday night wasn’t exactly buzzing, but it wasn’t dead either. It’s safe, the sort of place you can go with anyone and you won’t be disappointed. You won’t be over-awed either, it’s the quintessential three star bar. Well maybe two and a half, I am quite opinionated after all!
