Holland & Barrett specialises in vitamins, minerals, and supplements for your general well-​being. If you are looking to bulk up with muscle or slim down after Christmas this is the place to stop. I definitely won’t guarantee the authenticity or organic-​ness, they seem more interested in making money than making people healthy. It is a bit expensive but then anything healthy usually is. I go here when I don’t have time to go to Wild Oats, and have got some nice teas here, and a few bits and bobs, such as maple syrup for my home made lemon detox drink. There is just something about Holland & Barrett that puts me off and doesn’t inspire me to shop around, I tend to get in, get what I need, and get out.
