Two words to sum it up — BORING and SLOW! I wanted a quick hair cut; ended up spending hours at the hair dresser… To crown it the salon is dated and dirty… Time for a refresh! Considering the area I think a refresh is needed.

When I moved to West Hampstead a year ago I was on the lookout for a hairdressers to rival my favourite in Edinburgh (Harvey Nichols Charlie Miller) and liked the look of this place due to the fact that it uses natural products (like aveda, mop, phillip kingsley) and provides natural (semi-​permanent) hair colourings. I’ve had my hair cut there about 6 times now and it does not disappoint. I always try and book with Myo as he is a perfectionist in the best way he spends a lot of time on your hair and makes you look fab! (I have long brown hair and he does an amazing wavy thing to stop it looking flat!) I got my boyfriend to go there too and they do a really good job on his hair also. They give you a little head massage when they wash you hair too. Expect to pay £35−45 for a (woman’s) cut and blow-​dry. They also do beauty treatments which I am hoping to try at some point. I’m so glad i’ve found a hairdressers I can trust near me!
