Jeff Lim L.

Business Owner

Jeff Lim, COO of The House of Ho said: «The rebrand of our Old Compton Street restaurant is the first part of the development plans we have for the Ho Group moving forward. I’m delighted to welcome Ian Pengelley to the Group as Chef Director and am proud to share his new menu with our guests.

Jeff was previously COO at Gilgamesh, a reputable Pan Asian Restaurant in Camden and has since offered business consultancy to a number of growing restaurants. He worked here with Ian Pengelley, so the two have a great working relationship and know a lot about building successful restaurants.

Ian Pengelley, Chef Director of The House of Ho comments: «I’m delighted to join The House of Ho and Ho Group, it’s an exciting time for us and I’m delighted to be back in the kitchen and running the pass at our flagship restaurant. We’ve created a great modern Vietnamese menu, so I’m excited to open the doors and welcome guests from 1st December.»
