History
Established in 1984.
Nick de Bastarrechea founded Hardy’s Brasserie and Wine Bar on a atmospheric corner of Marylebone. The family-run restaurant soon established itself as a neighbourhood favourite. Nick’s daughter, Dominique, took over the business five years ago, attracting a new generation of diners with the brasserie’s independent charm.

Business Owner
Proud to take the helm at this Marylebone veteran, Dominique has imbued the restaurant with a continental bistro charm and local bonhomie — at her restaurant the staff really do know your name.
Dominique has extended this appeal to a new generation of urbane locals, with international literary dinners, an award-winning wine list including natural wines and craft beers, and a soon-to-open vaulted cocktail bar. Watch this space…
