Unbelievable service and disgusting chocolate. The old «witch» waitress /​sales assistant with long grey hair seems to be very homophobic and has the store in the wrong location. She ignored us for ages and when she approached us she had an attitude. Disgusting! Be aware, the chocolate seems old and mouldy!

I cannot remember being in a such a horrible place before, ever! Strong stench of mould indoors… but we make the mistake of ordering and sitting outside. The food was absolutely vile. Two pieces of sweet, very hard and tasting like they’ve been on the self for months. The worst-​tasting food I can remember eating (probably it’s been affected by the mound in the air…) Afterwards we had stomach problems for hours… And to make matter nightmarish, the bill: 2 sweets at £11.70, a small water at £2.50, and a disgusting cup of tea at £3.50. A complaint for food hygiene at Westminster has been made. Hopefully, they’ll close them down. Meanwhile, please do say away!!!

This is one of those locals only places where people walk by and either don’t go in, just window shop or buy stuff but don’t tell anyone because its too good to share.
This place is great, belgian chocolates of every time and they’re really great and at a great price too. There’s even gelato and all sorts of turkish delights in the window.
The place can hold 3 people max, so if you have an after date planned this is a sure bet to be intimate and super adorable.
The baklava was divine, every chocolate bit was really great. Too cold to eat the gelato but it looked great.

We wandered in here on our trip when I saw the name. I frequently require chocolate and the variety was outstanding. We had a hot chocolate to warm up, a couple of white chocolate goodies, and a marzipan elephant that I was hesitant to eat because it was so cute. Everything tasted great, the service was fast and friendly, and the selection was almost startling. If we weren’t so jetlagged, we probably would have stayed and sampled more.
