You can eat a full meal here for less than £2 which is impressive. It’s very cheap but the chicken is gross. It is what it is.

Dixy Chicken is located close to Highbury & Islington Tube station and proved a tempting stopoff for a quick portable snack to take on the train.
The chap serving was obliging in giving me 2 thighs as requested.
Unfortunately, the chicken here again proved the point that KFC does have a secret formula for good takeaway fried chicken. The skin was very soggy but the worst thing was that it was dripping in oil. By the end of my meal, there was a lake of oil at the bottom of the takeaway box. I still have the stains on my trousers to prove it!
Not finger licking good!
