The best colour I’ve ever had!
They are nice, friendly, and they understood exactly what I was looking for!
The hair cut was perfect and the colour was just amazing, even better than what I expected. We had about a ten minutes conversation with the colourist trying to decide which colour would fit me better.
I decided to follow his advice, and it was just so much better than what I expected.
It’s a bit expensive, but in the end, you’ll walk out feeling great.

Hmm, I had a different experience to the other two reviewers. I too went here on a groupon deal, for a haircut and finish and a treatment. I thought the location was handy for work so I might find a new hair place.
I got a trim, by Magda, and I can’t fault that part — my hair was trimmed, she gave some good advice on growing it out (I’m in the I-​hate-​it-​please-​chop-​it-​all-​off impatient phase), and didn’t physically hurt me (see my previous haircut review).
However I think they may have shot themselves in the foot with the groupon idea, because it’s obvious they are so booked up that although slick, the operation feels like you’re on a conveyor belt. Booked in by one person, sat down by another, hair consultation, treatment by yet another person… you get the picture. I understand that they need to get everyone seen but it felt terribly impersonal and I felt that if I’d asked for anything more drastic than a trim, they’d have been rushed to fit it in. Also, I didn’t notice any difference after the treatment — but then I’m not sure what difference I was supposed to see, as noone explained to me exactly what it was.
I didn’t get a head massage when shampooing either. Sad face.
I won’t be back because it’s expensive and they didn’t sell ithemselves well on this occasion.

Although I probably will never be back (I’m a minimalist when it comes to hair cuts and hate to pay anymore than £25), I went here on a deal for a £28 hair treatment, cut and finish and it was glorious.
The staff were really nice and attentive, they give a 15 min head massage while they are shampooing your hair (ooo ya!) and the seats while having your hair washed are massaging as well… I almost fell asleep it was that good and relaxing.
When I left I can honestly say, my hair has NEVER looked better. Wish you could get this kind of service everyday at £28, but it was a taster of the better life… if I only I could afford this place more often! IF you can, enjoy!!! :)

I had a fantastic experience at this hair salon. They were able to give me an evening appointment which was really helpful. After being welcomed into the salon, the stylist sat with me and discussed potential hair styles, length to be removed. I was then escorted downstaris to the hair washing facilities which were amazing, they featured massage chairs and also the ladies doing the hair washing included a head massage. They brought you out your choice of tea and magazines afterwards, and made you feel relaxed. The stylist was excellent, took his time cutting it and styling it and I was delighted with the results, and am still pleased. I will happily travel back to London to have my hair cut at this establishment again.
