Chash – The Fine Tea Company

I met Dan from Chash Tea at the Qype 2011 summer party while we were stood in a queue ready to sample some of the amazing food and drink stalls. We hit it off straight away and got chatting about why we were at the party. I learned that Dan was a tea connoisseur who owns and runs a specialist tea company. Music to my ears because as it happens we were thinking about upgrading the tea we were serving to our clients. We organised a meeting at the salon, Dan arrived armed with stacks of samples, some of which we tried and were delicious. (My favourite: Ginger and Elderflower) He offers all the regulars black tea, chamomile, peppermint etc, alongside some really luxurious blends, winter chocolate –decadent but guilt free, rosebud a flowery, delicate flavour (real rosebuds which look beautiful and always gets a wow) Dan is very knowledgeable and on his advice we placed our first order. Since then the tea list we offer has grown, our clients love our selection and often ask for Dan’s details so they can buy for themselves. Excellent value, excellent quality and wouldn’t go anywhere else for our tea. Thanks Dan our thirst is truly quenched.

I got the Chamomile Flowers tea in my goodie bag from the Qype Summer Party recently it looked so lovely I almost didn’t want to use it as tea!
However, I’m glad I gave it a go, because it tasted lovely really flavoursome and fresh unlike something from the supermarket like Twinings. The chamomile flowers also looked beautiful in water.
