This was ok but beware, it is NOT Bill’s from Australia despite what other reviewer said. The scrambled eggs were very dry. I sent them back and the replacements were soft and creamy. Much better. Raspberry and peach juice was good, coffee was reasonable. The jams were terrific and the service was great

Always a great meal at Bill’s. We were out with 10 other friends… so quite a large group. The High Kensington store seems to be rather new… as there seem to be a lot of contruction work around on the outside(though still very quiet inside). The interior is extremely warm and comfortable, which leather lounge chairs and sofas. Very impressed! I had the the duck, which was small, though very filling. If you like to have a larger meal, I would recommend get extra sides. Disappointinly, the waitress didn’t really understand the wine list, nor did she send over the bar person to provide insight. In the end, 5 of us decided to walk over to ensure we had the appropriate mix. Great place for almost any occassion, let it be for groups of friends, paries or work related.

My wife and I had breakfast here when visiting London last week. The food was pretty good and the service was solid. It’s hard to describe, but it is inside a mall/shopping center area. I recommend the English Breakfast.

The food wasn’t very good, had extremely small portions and it was quite expensive. However, the drinks were tasty… but a bit weak. The service was decent but not exceptional. We had two jars of PIMMs and fruit, fried squid, Lamb kofta plate, and a plate of ribs. Altogether is cost 70 quid. Not worth it. Avoid this tourist trap.

The food was slightly above average and atmosphere was nice, but service left a lot to be desired and is overpriced by a slight but noticeable amount.

A friend and myself have a brunch at least once per month and we are always on the lookout for new places to eat. So we decided to give the Bill’s chain a try. Eggs Royal was simply to die for, and my friend loved the pancakes with bacon. The staff are super attentive, and even though we were sat upstairs initially on our own, the staff never forgot us. Two cups of coffee, a delicious brunch, and a lot of laughs later, we left feeling on top of the world. We made a reservation, but I think you could still manage to walk in and get a table. It was mothers day the Sunday we went, and there were still a few spare tables dotted around.

A lovely place to eat we had a great meal. Only problem was the service we had to keep asking for drinks and the service charge was a little steep. Would give it another go though

Entering through a shopping centre doesn’t really fill you with much hope for ambiance, but once inside the restaurant has the same homely ambiance of others in the chain. I had the spinach, avocado and bacon salad with a side of sweet potato fries. Salad was tasty, although the avocado and most of the bacon was hiding in the middle so took a bit of mixing to evenly distribute them, but that’s only a minor point, it was a good salad. Sweet potato fries were tasty, but a little on the limp side. Not gastro cuisine, but a good, homely food that was great on a miserable winter’s day

Brunch! I was starting to come to the conclusion that they don’t do brunch in London & almost gave up hope of having a bloody mary but then we exited The High St. Kensington Underground. Bill’s to the rescue! We stopped, looked at the menu & I began to have hope again. The place was quite charming. The menu has a wide variety of fresh foods. They also have a sweet shop & we got a bunch of them to bring back to The States with us, all of them were very good. I had a spinach, bacon, avocado salad & tortilla chips that came with tzatziki, salsa, & guacamole. My husband had an English breakfast. It was all very good. It was Sunday, about 11:30 a.m. and we were seated right away, it wasn’t very crowded. We had fine service. I would defintely go back if in London again.

Bill’ was very good and upbeat. We had the fish pie and the chicken green curry. We were there about 3 pm and had no wait even though it was busy. The menu has more that I’d like to try on our next trip here and the staff are very happy and friendly. They make you feel like you’re their best customers even when it’s your first time here.

Right inside the High Street Kensington station, Bills is a little gem for casual dining. I only had to wait once, but otherwise, seating is fast. Good, fresh food, with a wide variety. Good service and lively/friendly atmosphere. Good for casual small plates over wine, or full breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Delicious breakfast! Large portions. Had the«Bill’s Breakfast». Great flavors. Asked for a mimosa and they didn’t know what it was, but when I told them the ingredients they made me a pretty solid one in a big glass. Great ambiance too– industrial looking on the inside.

I am giving four stars in particular for the service. The staff is so good that it makes the food taste better. Each and everyone of the staff is trying to please you. My server read me the wi-fi code because I forgot my eyeglasses and couldn’t see it from my table. Food: I went for breakfast but because I’m timezone challenged I was an hour late. I ordered a duck pie… my only regret. It was ok but I would not order it again. But why four stars you ask? The staff!!! I am not a generous reviewer. I’m just a poor orderer. I will definitely go to Bills again and ask the server what I should order. Conveniently located inside the mall to enter High Street Kensington tube station.

Bills was a lovely place for breakfast located just on the walk towards the High St. Kensington Station. It’s close to shopping and transport and was excellent before visiting Kensington Palace, just a few blocks away. There is a very sweet and cozy atmosphere to enjoy a meal or to just stop in for a cup of tea. It’s in a bustling area with commuters, but it isn’t too loud and makes a perfect spot for people watching! The service was kind and efficient and the meals were well portioned and priced. I ordered the vegetarian breakfast, which included two pieces of toast and two poached eggs. Although the eggs were a little over done, it was a filling meal and quite nice with the hummus and avo offered for the bread. I would definitely recommend this Bills to anyone in the area.

Well located just outside the entrance to High street Kensington tube, I really like this place. It’s my first visit, and I’ve found the staff to be cheerful and friendly, there’s a nice atmosphere too without it being too noisy. I ordered the eggs Benedict and a latte. Both of which were textbook. The muffin halves are both sizeable and tasty. There was a good amount of hand carved Han without it being excessive. The eggs were beautifully golden yolked and perfectly poached. The hollandaise was delicious, being light with a nice note of lemon running through it. I can certainly recommend it here and will definitely visit again when I’m in the area.
