Best Western Premier Kensington

Staff was so wonderful and accommodating at check in– particularly Rimant. The rooms were nicely appointed, housekeeping brought us extra chocolates, and the new lobby and restaurant look great. No construction while we stayed there. It was absolutely perfect for us! Rooms are smallish, but it’s London so to be expected. They are nicely furnished; fresh and modern.

I really do want to give me lovely hotel 5 stars but I can’t. Mainly because they didn’t tell me when booking that their restaurant, bar and gym are all closed for renovation. Meaning I can’t work out or feel bad about the steak I’d order from room service afterwards.
This is a great hotel, and I’ve loved staying here for the most part. It’s located about a minute walk from Earls Court underground, and is perfect for most things. The staff are lovely, the room is gorgeous with a nice big TV, a microwave and fridge just incase, and a very luxurious bathroom. To be honest I wouldn’t have expected anything less from a Best Western Premier.
The bed is ridiculously comfy, but unfortunately I was not 100% able to relish in this comfort. Due to the construction and renovation going on, I was woken up every morning around 9:30am to incessant and incredibly loud power drilling. You’d think they’d at least do it a bit later when people are more likely to be awake.
I’d definitely stay here again though, just as long as the renovation was finishes so I could have a long lie!

I have stayed there one time, the room is great, so spacious and luxurious. They serve complimentary wine and the breakfast was great in fine atmospehere.
Kindly recommend for visit!!!

Für mich das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich jemals übernachtet habe.
Zunächst mal lagen alle unsere Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude … im Souterain. Größe des Zimmers (603) geschätzte 8qm.
Klimaanlage — ohne Funktion. Fenster (Hebefenster) ließ sich nur mit viel Kraftaufwand anheben — aber nicht arretieren. Heizung im Bad ohne Regler … dafür das offene Ventil mit Klebeband ‘abgedichtet’ — Resultat, Das Bad stand unter Wasser (… und wer jemals Wasser aus dem Radiator gerochen hat, weiß was das bedeutet). WLAN — ohne Funktion. Morgens aufgewacht und das Zimmerlicht ging nicht mehr an — incl. Bad. Duschumstellung (Badzufluss auf Duschkopf) defekt.
Jetzt fragt man sich natürlich warum ich nicht sofort ausgezogen bin … wir kamen erst Nachts an und waren alle richtig kaputt. Wollten nur noch schlafen. Ausserdem war Messezeit und die meisten Hotels waren sowieso ausgebucht.
Aber sowas wie diese Zimmer (ach ja, unter Zimmer 604 fährt übrigens alle 5 min. die U-​Bahn) darf nicht vermietet werden.

Used this hotel for a hen party. Lovely looking, clean hotel.
Helpful staff.
Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated.
Only downside was they didnt put us all in rooms together and wanted one roomful the be staying in their extra bit down the other end of the street!
BUT after a lot of moaning, they sorted us out.

Fab hotel, even better price just £65 for the night! (no breakfast included though: that’s £15 extra) Really stylish modern rooms and a very new, very clean bathroom. 1 minute from Earls court tube. Would’ve been happy to have paid £100 for this room. Recommended!
