When my new co-workers asked if I wanted to go try a new place for lunch, of course I said yes! So they brought us to Babylon Tower. They have some amazing lunch specials. For £6.50 you get two grilled kebab skewers, rice, tabbouleh, hummus, baba ganoush and a few pickled bits and bobs.(If you’re hungry, for £9.50 you can get three skewers) It’s pretty spectacular when it arrives as well. Someone else got the lamb dish(which looked like a lamb curry) and that came with the same sides as with the kebab special. Given the nice weather, we headed«downstairs» which turned out to be a little outdoor area with a few tables to sit at. I love places that have hidden outdoor seating! I opted for the minced lamb kebab and the marinated chicken kebab. There’s also a lamb kebab consisting of chunks of lamb meat. They were both incredibly tasty. There was a nice bit of spicy chilli sauce on the side as well. All the flavors on the plate were spot on. I can’t complain about anything, except they do like to give you a lot of rice. When we left, there was more of a queue, and it looks like they do traditional kebabs wrapped in flat breads as well. Next time we go I might see if they can do the flat bread instead of the rice, it’s way more my style. Not only did they have good food, but it was nice to meet some other people working around the building!

Really nice high quality food with big potions at very good price. Best value meal I’ve ever seen in or around London. Once you try this place you’ll know what I mean
