My seventy-five minute massage at the Aveda Institute began with a foot soak and caused me to wonder, why don’t all massages start in such a relaxing manner? My therapist asked if I wanted her to focus on any particular spots and I mentioned my arms and my head. And I got a lot of arm and head attention as a result. It was so nice to not have all the focus on my back(which can become quite a bore during a long massage). One of the more reasonably priced massage options in London, the Aveda Institute is definitely worth a nosey if you’re after some pampering.

My fringe was getting out of control. I walked by Aveda Institute. I walked in Aveda Institute. I got my fringe trimmed by an indifferent stylist. I paid five pounds. I left with a more manageable fringe. fin.

I used to pass by Aveda Spa every day on my way to work. loved the layout of the place and always wanted to try it out. Finally I got some time one afternoon and popped in for a manicure. it was nice to get the treatment same day although I had to wait for couple of hours. the service was Ok– I had better and more professional manicured nails before in other places in London but overall it was OK. while having my nails done, I kept an eye on the hair salon and noticed that everyone(clients) is having a great hair cut or style. the staff are really friendly and having the spa right next to Le Pain is indeed another attractive aspect of the place. it is where I spent the two hours waiting for my appointment in general loved the experience and will book a hair appointment tomorrow at the Aveda

For a baller on a budget like myself, there is nothing like a £5 fringe trim. I’m struggling to find more to say than this. Perhaps I could mention that they slipped me in the same day, or that I might have to propose to the tea they served because it was *that* good, but really, it’s all about the £5 fringe trim. end scene.
